Artist in residence: Chris Hoyer NL/DE/IT

Chris Hoyer deelt een maand lang zijn kennis door tal van workshops te geven bij Metaal Kathedraal. Samen gaan we ecologische- en permacultuurtechnieken toepassen voor een off grid village en voedselbos.

Een compost wc is een makkelijke, snelle en veilige manier om vruchtbare aarde te realiseren. Leer vandaag om je eigen compost wc te bouwen en neem deze mee naar huis. Een extra WC in je tuin, die er ook nog voor zorgt dat je geen vruchtbare aarde meer hoeft te kopen als je gaat tuinieren.

Deze workshop wordt gegeven door de Artist in Residence; permacultuur en low tech infrastructuur specialist Chris Hoyer. De gehele maand oktober wordt terrein van de Metaal Kathedraal zelfvoorzienend gemaakt. En natuurlijk horen compost wc’s daarbij.

Kosten materiaal: € 35,- p.p.

Kosten workshop : € 64,- + € 35,- = € 99,- ex btw.

Minimaal aantal deelnemers: 5. Maximaal 20-35.

Tijden van 10.00 tot 16.00 uur incl. lunch.

Compost WCs

Description:
A compost WC is an easy and safe method to make fertile soil out of human waste, with little effort. There is a surprisingly big number of different models that have been created all over the planet. Some of them are thousands of years old and still in use today. Some are extremely cheap, fast to build and easy to maintain. Some are elegant, made of great materials and sold to a high price.

Learning Objective for the participants:
In one day, the participants will learn how to build, maintain and use a simple Compost toilet to take home.
They will also learn the basics of what to do with the output material, like how to compost it and how to utilize it in the gardens.

Material Costs: € 35,– p.p.

Workshop price: € 64,– + € 35,– = € 99,– ex vat.
